Our goal is to provide jewellery products that you are happy with. Before shipment, all orders are carefully checked by us so that only faultless products leave our store. Nevertheless, if you find something wrong with your shipment, e.g. it was damaged or you received the wrong item, you may return all items within 14 days of delivery upon contacting us first.

IMPORTANT: We do NOT issue a refund. In case you would like to return a product for one of the reasons stated below, we can issue you a voucher in purchasing price of the item(s) which you can redeem at your next purchase.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return option.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Reasons for return
Shipments may be returned if:
a) you do not like the product
b) you wish to exchange faulty/damaged products or
c) we delivered the wrong item
Variance in colour or accuracy in detail from the original template do not justify a return.
Regardless of why you wish to return an item, please get in touch with us before sending items back to us, so we can better assist you with your query.
Item that can be returned
Exchanging earrings is not possible, only in the case that the product you received came faulty/damaged or in the case we delivered the wrong item.
Only the goods that haven't been worn can be returned or exchanged.
An item that was not received faulty/damaged and got damaged by the mistake of a customer, cannot be returned or exchanged.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You can either exchange items for identical products or get a voucher of their purchasing price which you can redeem at your next purchase. Exchanging items for different products or sizes, colors, lengths etc. is not possible. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

Kindly note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We strongly advise you using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. In case that we don't receive returned item and you didn't purchase one of recommended services, unfortunately, we cannot issue you a voucher or make an exchange.
